1. Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident entering this work.

At the same time, our programs are experiential. They unfold through engagement, reflection, and presence. Because of that, we encourage you to give yourself the opportunity to experience the material before deciding whether it is aligned for you.

2. Refund Window

All eligible purchases are subject to a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, except where otherwise specified below.

3. Program-Based Refund Guidelines

Core Programs (e.g., Foundations Program Series, Expert Offerings)

For these deeper, process-oriented programs, we encourage you to engage with the opening module and participate in at least one exercise or reflection so you can fully experience the work before deciding.

Introductory & Promotional Offers (e.g., Relationship Reset Bundle)

For select introductory or promotional offers, we provide a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. No engagement or participation is required for a refund on these offers.

4. Consulting Sessions

Individual consulting sessions and session packages reflect dedicated time reserved exclusively for you. The following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Cancellations made 14 or more days before a scheduled session are eligible for a full 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before a scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

For session packages, this policy applies individually to each scheduled session within the package. Once a session has been completed, no refund will be issued for that session regardless of when the request is made.

No-shows without prior cancellation will be treated as completed sessions for billing purposes. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Live Programs

Live cohort programs are not eligible for refunds once the program has commenced. If you need to cancel your enrollment, a full refund may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled program start date and time. Cancellation requests received after that window will not be eligible for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.

Please include the email address used at purchase and the name of the program or product. We will process your request in accordance with this policy.

7. After 14 Days

After 14 days, refunds are not available, except at the sole discretion of Fluid Intimacy™ in exceptional circumstances.

8. A Note on Alignment

This work invites participation.

It is not designed as passive content, but as an active, relational process.

Some offerings are designed as entry points, allowing you to explore the material with ease. Others invite a deeper level of engagement.

In all cases, we encourage you to move through the material with curiosity and openness, and to allow your experience — not your immediate reaction — to guide your decision.
